MEET THE TEAM
The Founder – Lewis Moses
New Levels Coaching Ltd was setup by British Middle Distance Runner and Qualified Athletics Coach; Lewis Moses. The company was setup with one clear aim; To Help Runners Find Their True Running Potential. We believe in order to do this a training programme has to focus on ‘more than running’. This philosophy is one that Lewis and his team fully believe in and every training plan reflects this.
Lewis graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc In Applied Sport Science and it was during this time Lewis became an International Athlete as well as a Qualified Coach. In 2012 Lewis won the British Indoor 1500m Title and booked his place on the GB&NI Athletics Team for the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. He has since progressed to 3000m & 5000m and boasts PB’s of 3.41 -1500m, 7.55 – 3000m and 13.47 – 5000m.

In 2012 Gemma was diagnosed with stage 3 Burkhitts Lymphoma, a rare form of cancer. In 2013 Gemma went into remission and true to her beliefs, headed straight back into training. She amazingly went onto run personal bests over 1500m, 3000m, 5km, 10km and Half Marathon. Not only this she has represented England on both the track as well as the road and has won numerous national titles with Charnwood Athletics Club.
After her experience with cancer, Gemma was inspired to setup MOVE charity; www.movecharity.org Gemma wanted to provide a service to children and young people, which the NHS simply can’t provide. She has worked with hundreds of children and young people across the UK and co-founded the initiative ‘5km Your Way – MOVE Against Cancer’ which has been incorporated into local Park Run’s across the UK on the last Saturday of every month. She is an inspirational person and we are proud to have her as part of the team.
