I have been with Team NLC being coached by Kirsty for many years now. I am so thankful for the support I have received from such an amazing team. Kirsty has been there supporting and coaching me since the day I started triathlon and wanted to give it a go, to now competing for the GB Age Group Triathlon team. Without Kirsty’s support, I would not have been able to achieve what I have in the sport. She is so knowledgable, patient and caring. I fully trust her with my program and trust in her and the plan to achieve the goals I set (which can sometimes be rather ambitious, sorry Kirsty). She has now seen me through two knee operations on separate knees and each time I have come back stronger. After many years competing and qualifying for the GB Age Group Team, I had a breakthrough this year getting a top 5 finish at the World Super Sprint Tri Champs in Pontevedra. Kirsty was a huge part in that result. So thank you Team NLC and Kirsty for believing in me and supporting me. Could not do it without you all!
