Your Presenters

  • Our online workshop will be delivered by New Levels Coaching founder and head coach; Lewis Moses. Lewis is a former Team GB International athlete turned coach, who has a personal best of 13mins 47secs over 5k. Lewis and the team at New Levels Coaching have helped hundreds of runners, just like you, to find their potential.
  • Lewis will be joined by his wife and Team NLC Coach; Gemma Hillier-Moses. Gemma has a personal best of 16mins 20secs for 5k and she will be touching on her own personal experiences as an athlete and coach.

Who is it for?

  • 5k runners of all abilities who are looking to improve their running.

What if I am not running a 5k?

  • This workshop will be insightful for runners training for any event from 1mile to 10km, so you’re more than welcome to join.

Do I have to be an elite athlete?

  • Absolutely not, this is for runners of all abilities.

Is there a cost to this?

  • No – its 100% free. The only thing you need to sign up is your email, so that we can contact you with the details of the workshop.

What will I need?

  • Just yourself and something to make notes, as you will be getting lots of useful information to take away!

‘With a 20.52 best for 5k, and coming off a year of frustration (I’d never been able to get close to that sub 20- goal I’d been pushing so hard for), I approached Lewis to express how much I wanted to improve. That 30 minute call in October 2018 turned into 90+ and I left feeling very enthused about what was to come.
Goals: to crack that sub 20 and then have a real crack at track events for the 2019 season. Lewis quickly set about putting my training plan together, whilst also being mindful of previous injuries. He identified physical improvements needed to compliment my new running regime. Initially, we set a 4 month plan, with an end goal of a 5k to go sub 20. Everything mapped out and clear, my job was simple… trust the process. What resulted since has been amazing!
We’ve knocked nearly 90’s off my 5k (way earlier than expected) and 39s off my mile PB: confidence is sky high and still climbing. I can’t speak highly enough of Lewis as a coach, as a person, as well as being grateful for all of the snippets of advice he offers up that have re-educated me on all aspects of my approach to running.’
