Join us for the FIRST EVER Paula Radcliffe Marathon Workshop
  • Date: Sunday 5th January 2025

  • Time: 9.30am – 4.15pm. A full day marathon workshop

  • Location: Loughborough University, home to the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track

  • Ability Level: For runners of ALL abilities who want to learn more about the marathon and how to improve.

  • Coaching Team: Delivered by New Levels Coaching & Paula Radcliffe

  • The Workshop: Join Paula & New Levels Coaching for an action packed marathon workshop. Runners will not only get to meet Paula Radcliffe, they will also take part in a running session on the Paula Radcliffe athletics track. We will also educate runners on all aspects of the marathon including: fuelling, nutrition, rest and recovery.

Workshop Schedule

Please see below for our provisional schedule. The final schedule will always be confirmed in full the week of the event
  • Arrivals: Please arrive at 9.30am. We will begin the day with a welcome & introduction to the day, as well as a track session briefing

  • 10:30am – It’s time for your track session. A marathon based session designed by Paula and your chance to get to train on the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track.

  • 12.30pm – A nutritious lunch to make sure you are refuelled after your track session and before we head into the afternoons activities.

  • 1.30pm – Marathon education session with Paula, as well as your chance to ask Paula any questions that you may have.

  • 3pm – Nutrition, fuelling & hydration session looking at how to fuel properly for the marathon as well as marathon training.

  • 4pm – The day finishes with your chance to ask the New Levels Coaching team any questions you may have, so that you have all the answers you need before departing

Parking Options: Parking will be available on campus and we will send further details prior to the event on where is best to park.

Do I have to be a certain standard?

No we cater for runners of all abilities, whether this is your first ever marathon or whether your a seasoned marathon runner

Do I have to be part of New Levels Coaching

No you do not have to be a member of New Levels Coaching

I regularly come to the NLC Track Nights, can I come to this too?

Yes you absolutely can join us

What age do you have to be to attend?

16+ years of age, but if you have any specific age related questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us

What is your cancellation policy?

All purchased made are refundable within a 14 day period and are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee.

What happens if I get injured?

We would still encourage you to attend, so you can learn from all the educational content during the day and we will always look at how we can adapt sessions, so that you feel involved.
