Online Running Coaching

On this programme you will work with your very own coach who will set your training via an online training platform, which is also accessible via app. To start the programme, you will have an initial phone review with your new coach, who will get you setup and ready to start your training.

Who is this for?

Runners of all abilities, who are looking to improve their running. This is not just for elite athletes. Coaching provides any runner with the structure and guidance they need to find their true running potential.

What’s Included?

  • One to One online coaching from a qualified, experienced coach
  • Day to day feedback on your training, from your personal coach
  • A bespoke monthly training plan, which you can access online or via app
  • The app cleverly synchs with your Strava or Garmin, so we can see all your training
  • Low level strength & conditioning work, which is recommended for all athletes
  • Clear & easy video tutorials to follow, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it
  • Access to our Private Facebook Community Group
  • Live interactive training, including strength & conditioning, spin & stretching sessions
  • A weekly ask the experts Q&A, with a monthly special guest
  • Monthly Mindset Train your brain interactive group sessions
  • Monthly reviews and ongoing goal setting
  • Pre-race preparation calls with your coach, to discuss race strategy and planning

Who is this for?

Triathletes who are looking for a coach to help them improve their overall performance. This will include training for all 3 disciplines, as well as strength & conditioning for any distance from sprint to Ironman.

Online Running Drills Programme

Our unique online running drills programme is designed to help runners improve their running form. So many people want to run better, but don’t actually know how to! This 10-week course will take you on a learning journey, to help you understand and learn how to improve your running technique, by following our experienced coaches, who specialise in running drills and technique work.
