Goals can be super important for giving us something to focus on, giving us a reason to get out of bed in the morning and these goals can be both outcome and process goals.

So first we just want you to think about a couple of things;

Do you have Goals?

Do you have them written down?

Are you taking action towards them?

Now is a great time as we are approaching winter to SET YOUR NEW GOALS which give you purpose, accountability and direction.

So what does this really mean? It means these goals are;

– Scary

– Exciting

– Time Measurable

And we need to;

– Believe it

– Imagine it

– Go after it
