In Episode 41, Lewis is joined by one of his athletes, David Riley who will take on the Winter Spine race for the third year in a row, in January 2025. Dave who has two ‘completions’ of the Spine will be looking to knock up to 24 hours off his previous best time in 2025.
Lewis speaks to Dave about his early years and Dave is very open about being bullied and how that encouraged him to find sport and exercise. Dave continues to push boundaries and his story is inspiring to many, so we hope you can find lots of inspiration within this episode.

In episode 40 our coaches get together for a Christmas Cracker Special.
